We operate in full compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council regulations and applicable UK law.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

We reserve the right to decline any consultation or order where we believe treatment is clinically inappropriate or where eligibility criteria are not met. Providing false or misleading information during consultation may result in immediate termination of service and could pose a serious risk to your health.

3. Prescriptions

All prescription medications are dispensed only following a clinical review by one of our registered pharmacist prescribers. Completion of a consultation does not guarantee the issue of a prescription. Our prescribers act in accordance with clinical guidelines and their professional judgement at all times.

Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for use within our pharmacy only, unless stated otherwise. We do not supply prescription-only medicines without a valid, clinically appropriate prescription.

4. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely using encrypted payment technology.

Prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT where applicable and are subject to change without prior notice. Your order confirmation will detail the exact amount charged.

We do not store full payment card details on our systems.

5. Delivery

Once your consultation has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist prescriber, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier conditions outside of our control.

All medication is dispatched in discreet, appropriately labelled packaging. You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive your delivery. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us promptly. Once a prescription has been issued and your order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel or refund your order in accordance with Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which excludes prescription medicines from the standard right of return.

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.
